OC87 Recovery Diaries Back At Forge

OC87 Recovery Diaries returned to Forge Recording to film another series of documentaries in Studio A. One of the segments, A Police Officer’s Tango with PTSD and Complex Trauma is shown below.

 

OC87 Recovery Diaries tells stories about how people with mental health challenges have created paths to meaningful lives. They are advocates in giving those who have physical ailments or conditions a platform to speak through their website oc87recoverydiaries.org.

OC87 Recovery Diaries has covered hundreds of stories on topics such as addiction, anxiety, asperger’s syndrome, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and schizophrenia. In this session, they featured four individuals – an EMT, paramedic, police officer, and the facilitator for their recovery classes.
